Shipping policy

Orders are processed after payment is received.

As many items are made-to-order or fulfilled by external production partners, processing times may vary. Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 5–14 business days
International: 10–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by production delays, customs, courier delays, or public holidays.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to replace or refund the order once it has entered production or shipped.
